Whenever i got nervous, i will smoke. And during smoking i will tend to think of it. Think on the things i’m nervous about. It helps me calm down when i plan what will be my next step. And tp know what is really my critical tasks that i need to hold on to. How we should manage this nervousness? I dont know, hopefully someone can provide some points for me to ponder
